I am a fourth-year PhD student at MIT. I was born and raised in Hangzhou, China, went to Shanghai for college, and graduated from Fudan University with a degree in Physics in 2018. During my undergraduate study, I have also been at UC Berkeley as an exchange student for one semester, and have spent a summer at Caltech doing a SURF project in the NuSTAR group. My research has been focused on applying the X-ray reverberation mapping and reflection spectroscopy to X-ray data from telescopes such as NICER, NuSTAR, RXTE, and Swift, to study the accretion and environment of black hole binary systems. I am working with Professor Erin Kara and is a member of [The Kara Black Hole Group](https://space.mit.edu/research-groups/kara-research-group/).
